Step 1 - Apply a couple of pumps of conditioner to the palm of your hand.

Step 2 - Comb through into your hair using your finger tips with a focus on the ends.

Step 3 - Using either a shower cap or tying your hair up, leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4 - Then rinse out thoroughly with warm water and style as usual.
