Shipping

Which countries do we ship to?

Kuwait
GCC Countries – Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE.

Rest of the World - Please see the list of countries at the time of checkout.

How long does it take for the order to get delivered?

Kuwait: Items that are available in Kuwait warehouse will be delivered within 1-2 working days. While placing the order, if you receive a pop up message that says your order is being shipped from GCC warehouse, please note it will take 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered. GCC / Other Countries: Orders are processed & dispatched within 24 hrs. GCC orders are delivered within 2-5working days & Rest of the world 2-5 working days.

Are there any additional charges for delivery?

Kuwait:
No additional charges. Free delivery on orders above KD25
Orders below KD20 has a delivery fee of KD3.600
KSA, Qatar, Bahrain & Oman:
Free delivery on orders above KD45. Customs and taxes are not included in our shipping charge and will have to be paid from your end when you receive the shipment.
Orders below KD45 has a delivery fee of KD4.600 for KSA & KD4.100 for other countries.
UAE:
No additional charges. Free delivery on orders above KD45.
Orders below has delivery fee of KD4.100
Rest of the World:

Shipping is calculated at the checkout. Customs and taxes are not included in our shipping charge and will have to be paid from your end when you receive the shipment.

How can I track my order?

For GCC & Other Countries deliveries, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 24hrs of your order.

No, our products are suitable for anyone who wants to maintain healthy hair routine, but our styling products are specifically crafted to wavy, curly, coily and kinky hair.
