It made my hair very oily and rigid.
I dont really like the smell, it's this strong artificial pineapple smell that smells kinda fermented idk? but it does make my hair feel smooth and soft after using
It neither moisturize my hair nor dry it
Not the best shampoo but it is good
After an emotional moment of bleaching my hair down to the roots left with me bald spots, and mostly dead hair, I thought, this is it, I’ve lost my luscious mane, forever. Enter this Curl Wash alongside its sister Leave-In conditioner, and with the first wash I knew this product was different. I had never EVER used a shampooing product that didn’t leave my hair feeling like wet doll hair after rinsing out, before applying conditioner. It felt so soft that I actually picked the bottle back up to make sure I hadn’t mistakenly used the conditioner instead. By the time I had gone through the bottle, my curls had sprung back up and my bald spots had significantly filled in. I’ve since tried a different shampoo, also from The Curl Nation (because I like to see results for myself) but have decided to switch back to this because of its unrivaled results when it comes to the feel of my hair. I have low porosity, thick stranded, tight curls, which I’ve worn naturally for 8 years, and can usually be described as very dry. Whether to battle dryness or promote hair growth, this is my favorite find on my start-over journey.
